• Villa 4 is one of a total of five villas in the “Käpt’n Brass” apartment complex. The “Käpt’n Brass” apartment complex is located directly behind the dike.

• The very well-maintained beach with fine white sand is only about 200 m from the house and is considered one of the most beautiful, unspoiled, and cleanest beaches in Europe. It offers relaxation in every season and invites you not only to sunbathe and swim, but also to enjoy sports, games, and walks.

• The nearby forest also offers ideal opportunities to experience nature. From September through early November, cranes migrate to the Bodden landscape for the winter and return in February/March.

• The centre of Dierhagen and shopping areas are about 1 km away. Ribnitz-Damgarten, the “Amber City,” is only about 10 km away.

• The dining area is directly adjacent.

• The bright, naturally lit bathroom features a large shower, a heated towel rack, a sink, and ample storage space.

• In the living area, a modern, pull-out corner sofa invites you to relax and can be converted into a guest bed in just a few simple steps.

• An LED flat-screen TV ensures a cosy atmosphere in the evening as well.

• The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a chest of drawers. An additional closet is located in the hallway.

• The spacious terrace is accessible from the living room. There you’ll find comfortable garden chairs and a table where you can relax and wind down at the end of the day.

• The apartment includes a free parking space (H5-W3) as well as a private, lockable storage area (H5-W3) for bicycles you bring with you.
