This cosy, non-smoking studio apartment is located in the main complex of the holiday rental property.
A separate entrance leads to the common hallway, which connects to four apartments.
The apartment is on the second top floor and, with its sloping ceilings on both sides, looks like a giant tent. Light-colored built-in birch furniture along the sloping walls defines the cosy living and sleeping area, which features 2 single beds (cannot be pushed together), a small dining set, a spacious built-in closet for clothing, and a kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop (2 burners), refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, a full set of dishes, and satellite TV, rounding out the above-average amenities. The small bathroom is equipped with a sink, a bathtub with a shower, and a toilet.
Enjoy the soothing tranquility of our 2,500-square-meter garden—for example, while having breakfast, afternoon coffee, or sunbathing. Barbecues in the garden are possible by arrangement.
The initial supply of microfiber bed linens and towels (1 shower towel and 1 hand towel per person), utility costs, and final cleaning are included in the price.
One parking space is available per holiday rental.

The Lieper Winkel peninsula, with its villages, is an idyllic spot of tranquility and seclusion on the island of Usedom. A true paradise for families—both young and young at heart—as well as anglers, hikers, cyclists, and those seeking relaxation on Usedom. The charming landscape between the Peene River and the Achterwasser is characterised by farmland, meadows, pine forests, wide belts of reeds along the shores, and an abundance of wildlife and fish. The Lieper Winkel can be reached via a main road, part of which is lined with trees. The village of Liepe, which gives this beautiful spot its name, is located in the centre of the peninsula. Several tranquil swimming spots, perfect for those who love peace and quiet, are within a 2–3 km radius. Restaurants and two small shops can be found in the neighbouring villages. (Aldi, Plus, the post office, and doctors are located in the town of Usedom, 13 km away.)
The Rankwitz harbour is 2.5 km away. At the Alte Räucherei, you’ll be served delicious fish specialities. A well-stocked fish market offers fresh and house-smoked fish every day.
The village of Liepe is home to the oldest church mentioned in historical records; it is a brick structure in the countryside without a tower.
From here, you can easily reach the Baltic Sea resorts in about half an hour (28 km).
