The newly built, comfortably furnished holiday apartment with approx. 30 sqm can be booked all year round. It is suitable for 2 people (max. 2 adults + 1 child) and has a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and satellite TV, a bathroom with shower / toilet and a terrace with a view of the countryside. Likewise via a large courtyard with barbecue area and parking space. The beach with cliffs and dog beach is about a 10-minute walk through the coastal forest. The beach section of Stubbenfelde is calm and not overcrowded. Next shopping possibility approx. 1km. The apartment is very central, between the Baltic Sea and backwaters. All places on the coast and sights can be reached quickly and easily. It is only a 2-minute walk to the train station. Perfect for cyclists, as the well-developed bike path between Wolgast and Ahlbeck leads right past the entrance. Possibilities for storing bikes or washing clothes and hanging are available.
