This stylish and comfortably furnished holiday rental is perfect for one or two adults. It has a floor area of 56 square metres. The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could want and invites guests to cook, bake, and enjoy breakfast. A traditional coffee maker and a capsule coffee machine (including capsules), a wide variety of teas, and a well-stocked refrigerator with non-alcoholic drinks and a bottle of local wine are included in the price.

A dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer are, of course, also available. In addition, a balcony with a view of the greenery ensures pleasant moments. In the cosy living room, featuring a sofa, an electrically adjustable recliner, and a large LCD TV, you can unwind in the evening and rest your feet after a long stroll through the city. A large RUF double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with two mattresses of different firmness levels will then whisk you away into the world of dreams. The windows can remain open while you sleep to let in fresh air—they are equipped with professional insect screens. The entire property is non-smoking (though there is a small designated smoking area in the courtyard); parties are strictly prohibited.

Maison Stefanie particularly stands out for its central yet quiet and peaceful location in a renovated Wilhelminian-style building, situated on the ground floor (no lift!). You can park your car conveniently and safely in the courtyard; a garage parking space is even available upon prior request—at no additional cost! If you’re arriving by train, it’s just a five-minute walk from the main station to our place. It takes less than ten minutes to reach the Anger, the central hub of city centre. Just a few minutes’ walk away is the tram stop, from which a tram runs towards the city centre every five minutes on average. This means you can even travel comfortably from Erfurt Airport on tram line 4 almost right to our doorstep.
