You will find 3 comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a fully equipped private kitchen. Air conditioning is available upstairs in the sleeping area, while the ground floor has underfloor heating and cooling. The accommodation also provides Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washing machine for your convenience. For families, there are 2 high chairs, 1 baby cot, and shared toys and books available. A coffee machine with pods for your first day and an air fryer are also included.



Enjoy the private garden with mountain views, featuring both a covered and an uncovered terrace—perfect for relaxing. The shared outdoor pool is privately accessible from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily; alcohol and substance use are strictly prohibited around the pool. You can also prepare meals with your private barbecue.



A shared parking space is available on site, as well as a communal ping-pong table for your leisure. Events are not permitted. The owner lives nearby to ensure your comfort. Please note that dogs live on the property. Kindly consider this when booking.
