We stayed at Villa Alhambra Lake for 10 days in February and had an incredible stay. The property is on a quiet street right on the intercoastal, with a view out to Alhambra Lake. The house is beautiful, with high end finishes and a great layout. We stayed with two kids and grandparents and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is very well stocked, including tupperware, some pantry staples and kids dishes, which made it easy to cook meals at home. The highlight for us was definitely the backyard/pool area. Big sliding doors open up to the pool and it is all screened in so we had the doors open for most of our stay. There is a large covered section where we ate almost all of our meals. The infinity pool is awesome and the kids were in swimming every day. The spa heats up pretty quickly if the pool is heated and was enjoyed by the whole family. Sandra was very quick to respond to all of our questions prior to our stay and was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and leave our bags in the garage for a few extra hours on the last day, past our check out time. Check in was super easy and the property manager, Sabine, was very helpful with the minor requests we had. Overall it was a great stay and we hope to be back for another stay at Villa Alhambra Lake. Our only recommendation would be to ask if the pool heat can get turned on the night before or right after the previous guests' check out so that it is warm enough to swim when you arrive.
