Perfect house. Perfect hosts

We have been renting villas on FMB for over 20 years but after Ian hit which badly affected the area, we decided to try Cape Coral.. After lots of research, we picked this villa.. It was the best decision we could have made.. The location is perfect with lots of bars and restaurants close by, all very different so something for everyone.. The house is perfectly positioned on the river with fantastic views across the water, loads of fishing rods to use, there is a bait and tackle shop close by. A lovely pool area with huge spa. Also undercover seating.. The inside of the house is perfect, its a beautiful house and the owners have thought of everything, this is not just a rental, it is very much a home away from home. There is nothing overlooked. I cannot fault it.. The owners are a fantastic couple. We got caught up in a hurricane during our stay..Their concern and care for us was above and beyond.. Very grateful to have had such wonderful hosts.. We highly recommend this villa. It is without doubt our new go to...

Everything and more than we expected ...don’t hesitate to book !!! Fantastic place

What a fantastic place to spend a holiday ... we were a family of 5 who spent 8 days in late July here and couldn’t of asked for a better place.to relax after a hectic week in Orlando ... Whether fishing off the boat dock , relaxing on one of the very comfortable sun beds or chilling in the infinity pool it was just a great place. Ok it was a little bit more money than some of the other villas in Cape Coral but worth every penny. Even the main lounge had a feel of luxury about it and we enjoyed a number of evenings watching a late film or just chilling with a glass of wine in the open plan area. It’s also rare in Florida to be able to walk to a local bar but in five minutes you could stroll to the local tiki bar and most of the time grab a beer for $ 1.75. We have stayed in many villas and this is definabley one of if not the best , when you do go out which you won’t want often you can reach loads of amenities within minutes , a perfect location , really quiet but close to everything One of my favourite pastimes was sitting with a beer on the boat dock spotting wildlife ( dolphins and manatees seen) waving to boats going by pretending it was our home ....😎 Ironically one night my wife said “ shall we go out there a restaurant somewhere with a nice view “ and I said “ well we won’t beat the view we have “ .... so we stayed in 😎😎 Great location , Great villa and would recommend highly😎😎👍🏻👍🏻 Williams family from the UK

Lovely property & location

Really enjoyed our weeks stay beginning of this April - no major negatives apart from the annoying noises from pumps just outside the main bedroom kept us up most of the night!! Had a few issues with pool & hot tub temperatures being too cold but the owners very helpful and had a great time. Unfortunately, the property next door having major renovations so building site noises throughout the day - don't know how long this will continue but once these are finished it will go back to being a nice quiet location. Shame but we didn't let it affect our stay. Had a great time in a very nice property with everything you need in a good location - would definitely recommend it. Thanks again to Kim and James (the Smith family)

Absolutely Beautiful

3 couples over the age of 60 shared this home for one week. We were all pleasantly impressed with the amenities both inside and out. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. We made breakfast every day, ate meals outside often and enjoyed the pool, hot tub and views daily. The owners Kim and Jim responded quickly to any questions we had. Absolutely loved this home and are trying to figure out when we can all return again for a longer period of time.

Just like home but better

Wow. This property is home away from home. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed except for the food. The primary bathroom is amazing. The pictures don’t show the shower that’s bigger than most bathrooms.Every bedroom, bathroom and living room was perfect. The view and pool area are even more amazing. Pool all day, hot tub for sunset every night unless you wanted to sit around the gas fire pit and enjoy the view. Can’t wait until 2027 calendar is available so we can book paradise again. Great Communication and thank you Kimberly and James for being awesome hosts.

Beautiful house!

Beautiful property and great location. Close to stores and restaurants. Very private and quiet area. House was beautiful and spacious. Outdoor area was beautiful and the fishing was good. Right on the river which was perfect. Hot tub was confusing to heat but the owners were very responsive and helped right away. Our stay was wonderful and we were sad to leave.

Wonderful Home!

This house is amazing! The views of the river, the sunrises and sunsets were spectacular! The house is well stocked and very comfortable! The owners are extremely responsive to questions! The location was perfect, very quick to the attractions and restaurants across the bridge in Fort Myers, yet also just a 10 minute walk to 2 Tiki bars and the Monkey Bar ( great grouper panini!) We will be back!

Beautiful place.

This place is amazing and definitely have a breathtaking view. The picture on the website don’t do Justice then what you see in person. Our first words of our mouth was “Wow”. Home have everything for the stay and have actually more than expected. The taste and the design and the beautiful furniture lay-out is gorgeous. Master bathroom is just wow. Bed was comfortable. The most we enjoyed fishing and having cup of coffee in the morning by the water. Sunrise and set are beautiful. This place is close to everything you want. Stores. Restaurants. Beach is not far. Even a soccer pitch that my son enjoyed about 10 min away from the house. We spend most of our days out on the ocean or beach on Sanibel Island🏝️ but the mornings and the evenings was amazing to be home and sleep In comfortable beds. My son and daughter loved the pool. Lovely home and definitely worth it to stay in here. Beautiful, comfortable, gorgeous view. A+++++++ for this trip.

Perfect getaway!

Our 4th time coming to this beautiful home! Always enjoy our January stay in Cape Coral. We are noticing however, that the city is getting more and more crowded. I guess this is a sign of the time.

Beautiful property

This property is amazing. The water views, pool, hot tub, lanai, well equipped kitchen and bedrooms make it a comfortable place to hang out, in general. The only downside during our stay was the loud noise generated by the construction/reconstruction, due to hurricane aftermath, happening at the homes on both sides of the property. Would stay here again when construction has wrapped up in the area.

Perfection Vacation location

We had an absolute blast! The amount of amenities this house provides are above all the other houses we have stayed at. The pool is the best! Communication & response time with the owners were too notch. We can’t wait to come back. And if you are an early riser you will see dolphins every morning at sunrise - it was amazing. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Another perfect week

This was our second stay and we were slightly concerned with how the area was fairing overall since last years hurricane. We did pretty much nothing but lounge around the pool and unwind, other than a trip to Ft Myers beach and through Sanibel just to see how they looked. With Kim’s suggestions we tried some new restaurants which we loved. However, we enjoyed doing nothing much more than anything else. The house is perfect, has everything you could ever need, and a wonderful host. We even saw dolphins one evening very close to the sea wall. We’re already talking about coming back next year and bringing my daughter and SIL once she finishes nursing school. I’ve even started looking at real estate as my pain levels were so much better in the consistent temps. Perhaps a move down will be in the cards in a few years. Just perfect.

Perfect family vacation

This house is stunning. Incredible views, pool, outdoor area, and home. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back again. We stayed two full weeks and never had one issue. The bugs were not bad at all. Beds were very comfortable. Well maintained home and owners were easy to talk with. Perfect vacation for a family of 5!

Location, Location, Location...

The 3 L's describe this property. Great location with stunning views out to the river. The pool/hot tub were fantastic. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom/shower in the master bath were out of this world. Only downside was dining space for all of us to sit together and eat at the end of the day after being in the sun all day. The only spot was outside and after being in the sun and humidity all day we were looking for a break. We had an issue with the dishwasher breaking down and they called a repairman. He was out within a couple days to fix and he had to order a part. That took another couple days. So we didn't have a dishwasher until the last 2 days. But the communication was top notch. Also had a problem with the ceiling fan in the master, but didn't really matter with the a/c running. We will back next year for sure!!
