Mooi heel ruim huis met 2 slaapkamers en bedbank met veel voorzieningen. Fietsen kunnen in schuurtje staan.Ligging is afgelegen en geen winkel in Labbeck. Hiervoor moet je 7km verderop naar Sonsbeck of Xanten.Maar een heerlijk rustige omgeving.Host is zeer vrienelijk en behulpzaam.Verlichting in de woonkamer is niet zo gezellig.

Super Lage!

Das Haus liegt in einem Bungalowpark in der Nähe des Eingangs. Von dort aus muss man den Weg über den Deich nehmen und ist direkt am wunderschönen Strand. Das Haus ist funktional eingerichtet und liebevoll gestaltet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Mitten im Grünen

Die großzügige und geräumige FeWo liegt inmitten der Natur. In herrlich ruhiger Umgebung lässt sich vom Großstadtlärm abschalten. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll dekoriert und eingerichtet. Es findet sich alles, was für einen erholsamen Urlaub als Selbstversorger benötigt wird. Mit dem Auto sind Ausflugsziele in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch schon ein Spaziergang durch die Felder oder durch die gemütlichen Straßen des Ortes ist entspannend. Besonders für Sommerurlauber möchten wir anmerken, dass die Wohnung auf Grund ihrer Bauweise ganz natürlich angenehm kühl steht. Vermieterin Anika war jederzeit bei Fragen und Hilfegesuchen für uns da. Wir haben uns im Eulenhof sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen ihn gern weiter. (Echte Eulen haben wir leider keine gesehen.)

Herrliche Ferienwohnung in idyllischer Lage

Wir hatten mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern sechs tolle Tage auf dem Eulenhof. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem alten Gebäude, ist sehr individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet und liegt ganz idyllisch zwischen Feldern mitten in der Natur eingebettet. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gibt eine große Spielesammlung für klein und groß. Der Garten lädt zum Erholen ein. In den äußerst bequemen Betten haben wir ganz herrlich geschlafen. Die Lage ist perfekt um auch mit Kindern Radtouren in alle Richtungen zu unternehmen. Es gibt in Radreichweite tolle Ziele wie Badestrand und Wasserski-Anlage am Xantener Südsee, nicht weit davon ein Klettergarten und natürlich der berühmte Römerpark u.v.m. Die Gastgeberin Anika ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind nach unserem Urlaub dort maximal erholt.
