Only 900m to the center or to the Rhine.Excl. and comfortable apartment with direct terrace access from the large dream kitchen and the dining room on the ground floor. Perfectly equipped. A deluxe bathroom with underfloor heating, large, walk-in shower and bathtub and window invites you and is located in the basement. The living room is modern and comfortably furnished. Free WiFi and a HDTV 55 inch television as well as an ethanol fireplace and a tea corner leave nothing to be desired. A quiet, comfortable bedroom with dressing room and a 2nd TV let you sleep very well.
