A cosy holiday home with a beautiful garden, a patio, and a play area for children. While you relax on the patio, your children can play in the sandpit, slide, or swing. Next to the patio is a small fountain, which must not be turned on for safety reasons when small children are present (the fountain is empty, and water flows only when it is turned on). The ground floor features a large living and dining area, the kitchen, and a guest bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, and electric kettle. A flat-screen TV is available in both the living room and the study. The upper floor has three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are each furnished with a king-size bed. The third bedroom has a loft bed, a comfortable sofa bed with a mattress, and a desk. In addition to the three bedrooms, the upper floor features a loggia and a bathroom. From the loggia and one of the bedrooms, you have a beautiful view of the Black Forest and Windeck Castle, which is illuminated at night. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. The living room features a tiled stove, which, for safety reasons, may only be lit with permission. In front of the house, there are two parking spaces and an 11 kW Wallbox for electric vehicles, which must be activated. A solar power system with a storage unit and an emergency power switch supplies your house with energy in the event of a power outage.
