It offers plenty of space for 4 people to feel at home across two levels.The apartment is located on the ground floor and is accessible via the main entrance of the house, as well as through its own private entrance. On the lower level, you’ll find the cosy living/dining area equipped with a TV, radio/CD player, telephone, Wi-Fi, and an open, fully equipped kitchen, as well as the bathroom with a shower.On the upper level, accessible via a staircase, you’ll find both bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The apartment also features a seating area in the backyard with a beach chair and patio furniture. The property features a large 2,000-square-meter garden, offering both peace and relaxation, with a private seating area furnished with garden furniture and Strandkorb.Im. In the lower part of the house, there is a sauna with a wellness area that invites you to relax. There is also a washing machine and dryer there, which can be used for a fee during your stay. Smoking and bringing pets are not permitted in the apartment.You can park your car in front of the house.
