Welcome to our accessible holiday rental in Zingst on Fischland-Darß!
This spacious ground-floor apartment features a large living room and two cosy bedrooms for a comfortable stay.

In the master bedroom, you’ll find a luxurious 1.80-meter double bed, an approx. 40-inch TV, and a spacious closet for your holiday wardrobe. The second bedroom features two single beds, ideal for families or friends, and also features its own approximately 40-inch TV, as well as everything you need for a productive “workation” with a 27-inch Acer monitor, an HP ENVY Inspire printer, and an ergonomic, adjustable Arend office chair with memory foam.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available.

In the living room, you can relax on a comfortable sofa (which offers additional sleeping space for two people with a sleeping surface of 140x200, including a topper) and enjoy your favourite shows on the 65-inch TV. Of course, you’ll have personal access to Netflix, Disney, and Amazon TV Now. The cosy Stressless recliner invites you to linger, while the dining table is perfect for shared meals. Access to the large terrace with a beach chair gives you the opportunity to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine.

The kitchen, fully equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, and tea towels, features a dining area as well as a prep area with a washing machine and a washer-dryer for your convenience. A DeLonghi capsule coffee machine with a milk frother, a toaster, a kettle, and a WMF smoothie maker, as well as a Thermomix TM5 with a Wi-Fi module, are also available.
The very spacious, fully accessible bathroom with a window features a toilet with grab bars and a support rail, as well as a walk-in shower with a glass partition, grab bar, and seating. Of course, a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror with 10x magnification are at your disposal.

A built-in safe is available for your valuables.

The entire apartment is accessible, including the entrance to the apartment itself. You can also use the sauna, the punchbag under the carport, and the small fitness room—which is equipped with an adjustable dumbbell set, a weight machine, and various fitness accessories—to relax and stay in shape. A parking space is provided for your convenience, and a charging station (max. 11 kW) for electric cars is available behind the house under the carport at a cost of 0.39 €/kWh, which can be used by all guests.
Guests may need to move their vehicles if an electric car is to be connected to the wall box.

You can also enjoy the magnificent view and the versatile possibilities on the terrace, which is equipped with a flexible partition. This allows you to create your own private space while still having the freedom to use the area as you wish. An electric grill is available in the bike storage room.

In addition, the motorised awnings provide shade from the sun and ensure pleasant temperatures on the terrace. Relax under the umbrellas and let yourself be enchanted by the charm of the surroundings.

This apartment, freshly renovated and furnished in April 2024, offers you the perfect setting for an unforgettable stay. Since December 2025, the holiday home—with its three apartments—has been powered by a solar system and a heat pump.
