The house is very comfortable and lovingly furnished, living room with seating area, WiFi, dining table and half-open kitchen. 4 bedrooms each with a 1.60m double bed and on the first floor a dormitory with 4 single beds. There is 1 bathroom with a tub and shower, 1 bathroom with a tub and 2 shower rooms. 3 toilets, including 1 separate toilet and an outside shower.
Beautifully landscaped garden with various terraces around the house, garden furniture, various seating areas, plancha, parking space.
Distances: Bay beach 50m, ocean beach 400m, restaurants 300m, shops 3km.
