The apartment with a view of the Müritz offers space for up to 6 people on 2 floors on the 2nd floor of our captain's houses with 3 bedrooms, open living/dining area, fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms, sauna and whirlpool, several balconies and car parking space. For the perfect start to the holiday, the beds are freshly made on arrival and an initial supply of towels is ready. Energy costs are included in the rental price.

On the south-east bank of the Müritz, our holiday park complex awaits you with a variety of individual holiday homes and apartments for a maritime break.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Alles in allem fanden wir die Unterkunft und die Lage des Objektes okay, den Preis in Anbetracht der aufgebrachten "Pflege" dafür aber schon hoch. Unsere Ferienwohnung an sich war gut und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Fenster, die eigentlich einen sehr hohen Charmewert hätten, wurden leider schon seit Wochen nicht geputzt, Spinnenweben weder im Treppenhaus noch auf den wirklich schönen Balkonen und Terrassen entfernt, über den Schwalbenkot kann man dagegen hinwegsehen, der liegt in der Natur der Sache. Gleich bei Beginn hatten wir auf einen ausgerissenen Stuhl hingewiesen, dieser wurde nie getauscht, aber auch kein Feedback dazu gegeben, obwohl uns ein Anruf nach Rücksprache beim Vermieter versprochen wurde. Durch die Lage an einem Gewerbegebiet leidet der Ersteindruck aus unserer Sicht ebenfalls erheblich. Der kurze Weg zum Strand und in die Natur, die Angebote von Fahrrädern etc. sind dagegen absolute Pluspunkte der Anlage.
