Die Wohnung ist schön, aber kaum WLAN

Wir haben die Wohnung für eine Woche gebucht. Die Wohnung liegt in einer gute Large.Check in ist sehr nett aber kompliziert, sehr speziell. Die Wohnung alleine ist schön für 2 Leute, alles da, nur gibt es kein WLAN, wir habe am 4 Tage den Urlaub abgebrochen wegen nicht möglich für online arbeiten. Laptop mitgenommen aber umsonst, Am 4 Tage der Fahrstuhl ist auch kaputt, dann haben wir keine Lust mehr von 3 Stock mit einem alten Hund 5 mal Treppen zu steigen. Schade.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Leider kam es während Ihrer Zeit in unserer Wohnung zu einem Ausfall des WLAN, auf den wir als Vermieter leider keinen direkten Einfluss haben. Selbstverständlich haben wir sofort die Hausverwaltung informiert. Als kurzfristige Alternative haben wir Sie auf das öffentliche WLAN in der nahegelegenen Kurverwaltung (ca. 800 m entfernt) hingewiesen. Auch der Ausfall des Fahrstuhls wurde von der Hausverwaltung umgehend bearbeitet, dennoch verstehen wir, dass dies besonders mit einem älteren Hund eine Belastung darstellt. Für diese Unannehmlichkeiten möchten wir uns ausdrücklich entschuldigen. Was den Check-in betrifft, bedauern wir, wenn Sie diesen als „speziell“ empfunden haben. Unser Anspruch ist es, unsere Gäste persönlich willkommen zu heißen, alles in Ruhe zu erklären und für Fragen direkt zur Verfügung zu stehen. Dass Sie dies nicht als positiv erlebt haben, bedauern wir sehr. Wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute und hoffen, dass Sie Ihren nächsten Urlaub ohne solche technischen Zwischenfälle genießen können.

Schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und zentral in Bensersiel gelegen. Man ist direkt mit der Einkaufspassage und dem Geschäft verbunden, was sehr praktisch ist. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Schöne Wohnung, super netter Empfang, traumhafte Umgebung. Überlegen bereits wann wir wieder auf Besuch kommen.
