Our holiday rental is located in the historic old town, in a very central location and just a four-minute walk from the pedestrian zone and the art academy. The very bright and welcoming apartment is on the ground floor of a historic 17th-century building and measures approximately 25 square metres, with two windows overlooking a quiet courtyard.
The city centre, as well as train and bus stops (about a 4-minute walk) and shopping areas (about a 5-minute walk), are just a few minutes away. The Kurgarten (about a 10-minute walk) and the Rupertus Therme (about a 5-minute drive) are also within easy reach. Nature is just a few minutes away—ideal for jogging, biking, or hiking.
The holiday rental is perfect for one to two people; upon request, we’re happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair. With its central yet quiet location, the holiday rental is therefore perfect for every guest—whether you’re seeking relaxation, an active holiday, or a spa stay.
If arriving by car, guests can pull up right in front of the door to unload. We’ll be happy to show you additional parking options when you arrive.
If you’re arriving by train, we recommend getting off at the Bad Reichenhall-Kirchberg station—from there, it’s only about 190 metres to our holiday rental.
Welcome to our lovingly furnished one-room holiday apartment in a historic building in the old town of Bad Reichenhall! The apartment was completely renovated in 2024, and its central location makes it the perfect starting point for all your activities.
The cosy and bright living/sleeping area, with two windows overlooking the quiet inner courtyard, ensures relaxation and rest, as well as a restful night’s sleep for you and your companion in the large double bed.
The fully equipped kitchenette, featuring a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, allows you to prepare your favourite meals. Tea, coffee, spices, sugar, vinegar, and oil are also provided.
For your entertainment, there’s a flat-screen digital TV and free Wi-Fi. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror.
