Welcome to our cosy holiday rental, Stefan! This charming accommodation is located on the ground floor of a small residential complex and is surrounded by spacious gardens and green spaces. Situated in a quiet residential area, you’re still just a short walk from the city centre. Free parking is available right outside the door. The train station, the city centre, and the spa facilities are just 1 km away—about a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute bus ride (two stops). The nearest bus stop for city and regional buses is just 250 metres away, at Münchener Allee / Barbarossastraße. The highway leading to the A8, as well as to Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Zell am See, or Thumsee/Inzell, is also only 500 metres away. For your daily shopping needs, you’ll find stores such as Edeka (with a bakery), Aldi, and Dm about 800 metres away. These are conveniently accessible in a 10-minute walk or just a 2-minute bus ride (one stop). Please note that check-in is not possible on Mondays and Wednesdays. The Stefan holiday apartment offers a cosy, comfortable atmosphere for up to four people across 56 square metres, featuring nostalgic charm, mountain views, a balcony, and a sunny loggia in a prime location. From the apartment’s entrance in the hallway, you’ll find the spacious living room with an adjoining south-facing loggia that catches the afternoon and evening sun and offers views of the garden and mountains—including the Predigtstuhl peak and the Staufen massif—as well as the bathroom with a tub/shower, and toilet, as well as to the cosy bedroom with a double bed, its own balcony, and morning sun. The fully equipped kitchen with a view of the garden is accessible from the living room, which also features two additional fold-out beds. The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and everyday items. A washing machine, dryer (coin-operated), and drying room, as well as a lockable bicycle storage room, are located in the building’s basement. We look forward to welcoming you!
