Holiday Home 'Maison Océlandes' with Shared Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Well-equipped holiday home with a sunny 150 m² terrace accessible all day. The house is located in a holiday village where you can enjoy the pool, tennis court, and children's playgrounds. Contis beach is 7 km away, and shuttle buses are available in high season from the village of St Julien en Born. Beautiful cycle paths make it easy to reach the beaches.



Bed linen and kitchen towels are provided. Bath towels are not provided. For stays of less than 7 nights, bed linen and towels are not included in the rental. Guests are responsible for cleaning at the end of their stay.



All shops are in the village, 500 m away. There are many activities in the area, with nearby lakes offering various attractions, such as Lac Léon. The beaches are ideal for water sports. Other activities are also available, including treetop adventures, laser tag, maze, kayaking, as well as mountain biking, hiking, and cycling on beautiful trails.

Maison idéale pour 4 personnes à proximité de l'océan!

Pros: L'emplacement est parfait : le bourg de saint julien est accessible à pieds (marché, commerces, location de vélo.....). La piscine est un gros plus en retour de plage ou lorsque la baignade est interdite. La cuisine est très bien équipée (mixeur, cocotte minute, four etc....)
