On the lower ground floor: 1 large room with Dressing room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and TV. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC and TV. Exit to the garden. 1 small room, without window with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and TV. The Chalet is beatiful and filled with treasures from world wide travels. We enjoyed making dinner there one night. Very comfortable for nthe 6 of us. Wonderful outdoor spaces that we also enjoyed. The roard up is very narrow and can only be accessed from one direction but there is a turn around a few meters away. We were surprised to find no bath soap or shampoo as this is usually included in other homes of this caliber we have rented. Great location near Schoenreid, Gstadd and Sanaan. There are a lot of stairs so if this an issue you may want to consider another place.

Abgewohnte Immobilie

Leider ist an vielen Stellen zu erkennen, dass die Immobilie abgewohnt ist. Das beginnt von herabfallenden Türgriffen und Heizungsthermostaten bis hin zu einer nur aufgelegten Tischplatte für den Esstisch. Die Vermieterin war trotz mehrmaliger Erinnerungen nicht bereit, wegen der kühlen Abend-/Nachttemperaturen die Heizung im Haus anzustellen.
