Das Haus ist schön groß und mit allem ausgestattet. Im Erdgeschoss ist sogar ein behinderten gerechtes Bad. Hunde sind ebenfalls erlaubt. Von Mellenthin sind es 15 Minuten zur Küste (Bansin, Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck), aber auch im Ort gibt es das Wasserschloss (mit Brauerei, Restaurant, Café, Kaffeerösterei etc. & großartige Schlossführung), Bioladen und Töpferei (gleich nebenan vom Backhus).

Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, sehr geräumig, pro Schlafzimmer 1 Bad vorhanden. Einzige Kritikpunkte: WLAN schwach, Verbindung funktioniert nicht in jedem Raum. Und Terassentür war abgeschlossen, so dass Manfred die Terrasse um das Haus herum gehen musste.
