Der Park grenzt an ein Gewerbegebiet, daher ist der erste Eindruck nicht sehr attraktiv. Auch waren die Grünanlagen, insbesondere die Hecken pflegebedürftig, somit die schmalen Gehwege noch schmaler. Die Parkplätze an den Apartments leider viel zu eng für große Autos. Auch die Belüftungsanlage im Apartment für nachts im Schlafzimmer viel zu laut.
