The designer kitchen is, of course, perfectly equipped and features only high-quality brand-name appliances. Two TVs (in the living room and one bedroom), a radio, and free Wi-Fi are available. There are a total of 2 separate bedrooms—one of which has access to the rooftop terrace—each with a double bed (box spring, 180x200) and built-in closets, as well as 1 TV. Adjacent to each bedroom is a bathroom with a spacious Raindance shower, double sinks, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer.

The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, and all windows are fitted with electric exterior blinds. A washing machine is located in a storage room within the apartment. The penthouse is on the second floor and is easily accessible by lift. A designated parking space (carport) is reserved for you on the property. You can also store your bicycles safely and dry in your own storage room.
