You’ll love this approximately 37 m² one-room apartment, which accommodates up to 2 people. Enjoy the more than 180° view of the Baltic Sea from the 7th floor of the Berolina apartment complex.

Cook in your apartment’s fully equipped kitchen and sleep in your comfortable double bed. Relax either on your balcony or on the cosy couch and watch cable TV on the large flat-screen TV. Your living and dining area with integrated kitchen has been completely renovated and is very tastefully furnished. You can already look forward to a modern bathroom with a large shower. You won’t want to leave!

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with ocean and countryside views, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement storage rooms in Building An or in the bike storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).
