Renovated apartment (30 m²) with a large balcony

We welcome our guests with a small selection of sparkling wine, beer, water, and sweets. Each guest will receive a towel set and freshly made beds (cotton sheets). Newly renovated, with a new kitchen and mostly new furniture, the apartment can accommodate up to four adults or a couple with two children on the sleeper sofa—offering an affordable opportunity for a relaxing getaway. The spacious east-facing balcony is perfect for relaxing. The new kitchenette is equipped with various appliances: a coffee pod machine, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, 2 induction cooktops, air fryer, and electric kettle. This includes cutlery, dishes, pots, and pans, as well as a welcome kit with tea towels, dish soap, and a sponge. Spices are also provided, so you can start cooking right away. You can pick up daily groceries at a supermarket just a few metres from the apartment’s entrance. The heated walkway lined with dressing gowns allows you to reach the thermal baths—complete with a hammam and saunas—at any time and in any weather without getting your feet wet, so you can get changed comfortably right in the apartment. Cycling and hiking maps, as well as brochures on regional attractions, await you in your accommodation, along with various board games and a selection of books. The apartment is accessible by lift. A deposit equal to 100% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Payment is due on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer. You can now also pay via PayPal. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Security deposit: 100 EUR. Keys are handed over on-site. Pets are not allowed. A cot can be provided free of charge upon request. The tourist tax of 2.80 EUR per person (ages 18 and up) per night, and 1.40 EUR for guests aged 14–17 and those with a disability rating of 80–99, will be charged on-site. Effective January 1, 2025, the following rates apply for the visitor’s tax: 3.30 EUR per person per day, and 1.90 EUR for those eligible for a reduced rate. Daily parking fee: 6 EUR. Included in the base rate: towels, Wi-Fi; bed linens available for an additional charge. Bed linens per person: 10 euros.
