Herrlicher Meerblick, schöner Pool, ca. 1,5 km zum Strand, mit Hund darf man in Pedaso leider nicht einmal an der Strandpromenade entlang gehen. In der Anlage ist aber genug Platz zum Austoben, großes eingezäuntes Grundstück. Klimaanlage funktioniert super im Appartement, Bad ist schön groß . 1 pro Woche Wäschewechsel ist auch dabei. Trimmdichpfad , Barfusspfad und Labyrinthkreis,werden leider nicht mehr gepflegt, alles zugewuchert, was sehr schade ist. Parkplatz für PKW ist super, es gibt auch eine TESLA Ladestation. Liegt eigentlich sehr ruhig, abends oftmals aber laut, da es in der Nähe eine Motorcross-Strecke gibt, einmal war direkt im Nebengrundstück eine Raver- Party bis morgens um 3 Uhr. Luigi der das Ganze betreut ist jederzeit erreichbar und bemüht sich wirklich alles gut zu managen. Deutsche Fernsehsender gingen gar nicht, am dritten Tag wurde immerhin das ZDF aktiviert. WLAN funktioniert allerdings gut.
