Cozy vacation home in the Périgord Noir

The house is at least 200 years old and built in the traditional Périgord style, but has been completely renovated and equipped with modern amenities.
Bézenac is a charming village in the Périgord Noir. It is located between Sarlat-la-Canéda and Saint Cyprien on a hillside directly above the Dordogne River. The region’s notable sights and recreational activities are just a short drive away, and all shopping options are no more than a 10-minute drive away.
“Ma Petite Maison” is an outbuilding attached to the owners’ home, but it is completely separate from it and not visible from the main house. A small courtyard with patio furniture and a grill invites you to relax and unwind.
The walking trails in Bézenac offer unparalleled views of the beautiful Dordogne Valley.
