This bright and inviting 2-room apartment (approx. 47 m²) on the 1st floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The flooring in the living room and bedrooms is high-quality vinyl, the entryway has PVC flooring, and the kitchen and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday rental sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the hallway, which features a mirror, coat rack, and shoe rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The bright and spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (pull-out sleeper) couch, 3 armchairs and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and 2 sideboards. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 3 m² sunny balcony (facing southeast) with balcony furniture and a magnificent view of nature. Here you can sit back and relax surrounded by nature, and in the evenings, enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features a modern flat-screen TV and a radio. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen area features a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy and bright bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed, nightstands, and a very spacious closet.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth is provided by the pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

The bright bathroom (with natural light / window) features a shower, sink, and toilet, a small bathroom cabinet, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat closet (with a mirror) in the apartment’s entryway.

You can park your car for free in a parking space reserved for your apartment on a property immediately adjacent to the residential complex.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above guidelines (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
