On the Salzhaff WE time-out: beautifully furnished 1-room apartment close to the beach

This friendly and cosy one-room apartment (approx. 25 m²) on the ground floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The flooring throughout the apartment is tile.

The holiday rental sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The cosy living/dining area features a separate dining table with 2 chairs as well as various shelves. From here, you have direct access to the approximately 4 m² sunny and partially covered terrace (facing south and west) with a small garden area, patio furniture, and a side view of the nearby Salzhaff. Here you can sit back and relax in the greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features a modern flat-screen TV, a hi-fi system with an USB port for your smartphone, and a collection of games. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen area includes a built-in kitchenette with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200) and a nightstand with a lamp. You can store your clothes in a large chest of drawers with an open closet in the entryway of your apartment.

The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, and plenty of storage space.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in the residential complex’s bicycle storage room. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bicycle rental shop near your apartment complex if you’re interested.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Deviations from the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
