The apartment, located on the ground floor and decorated in warm, bright colours with a nautical flair, features an open, modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and much more.

The adjoining living area is furnished with a double sofa bed, armchairs, satellite TV, and a stereo system. A high chair and a cot (included) round out the furnishings. I

The bedroom, which gets morning sun, has a double bed and a large closet. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hair dryer.

On the balcony facing the lake, you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun

Fly screens/mosquito screens in the bedroom and living room.

There is a coin-operated sauna on the second floor, and a coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the basement. The large garden, with bicycle parking and a seating area, is available for shared use.

The apartment includes underground parking space 7, which is reserved for your stay.
