Two modern bathrooms and the lovely south-facing balcony round off this offer, making the holiday apartment an attractive destination not only for the ski season.
The view from the window delights and calms at the same time, instantly putting you in a joyful holiday mood.

With enough snow, you can end your descent right at your own front door – simply wonderful.

With a hot mulled wine or a cup of tea in hand, you can enjoy relaxing afternoons on the sunny balcony.

In summer, Hochkrimml is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain, and mountain bike tours. If you appreciate the peaceful surroundings, you are absolutely right in Hochkrimml during the summer season. The Durlaßboden reservoir, the Kristallbad in Wald/Königsleiten, or the WasserWunderWelten in Krimml offer a nice change of pace.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, alles sauber, gutes WLAN, gute Ausstattung. Allerdings ist die Lage etwas abgelegen (gilt natürlich nur für den Sommer). Ein schönes Restaurant mit leckerem Essen und netter Bedienung ist vorhanden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber definitiv nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen (etwa 15min Fahrt in Königsleiten).
