Because the holiday rental is located in the basement, you won’t need air conditioning. A VENTILATION UNIT is provided in the living area to ensure a comfortable indoor climate. This unit must be turned on for a few hours during the day—for example, when you’re at the beach.

The Ostseepark Waterfront features four apartment buildings on a spacious, approximately 5,000-square-meter lot with mature trees. The holiday rental is located in the Galeone building (Apartment 40). The private parking space (No. 4.5) is right in front of the building.

Next door, in Captain’s Haus, you’ll find a wellness area with a heated indoor pool, sauna, and fitness room. The swimming pool and sauna are open seasonally from March 20 to November 4 and from December 20 to January 4; outside these periods, they are not accessible.

Surroundings
The apartment is located exactly halfway between the piers at Heringsdorf (1.5 km) and Bansin (2.0 km) at beach access point 2/T. There is also a beach bar here offering snacks and beach chair rentals. A bus stop for the Kaiserbäder lines 290/291 between Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf, and Bansin is only 140 metres away. With the visitor’s card
(UsedomCard), you can ride the bus for free. Various restaurants, as well as pharmacies and shopping options, are within a short distance—often within walking distance.



Apartment 40:

VACATION APARTMENT IN THE BASEMENT (BASEMENT) Enjoy your holiday in our 2-room holiday apartment at Ostseeparks Waterfront (video), located right on the beach promenade, directly across from the beach access.

You can’t get much closer to the beach than this. It sleeps up to 2 adults and one child (double bed and sofa bed). Features a heated indoor pool (seasonal), sauna (seasonal), fitness room, parking, and a lockable, ground-level bike garage.

The holiday rental, which includes a bathroom with a shower, features a welcoming and modern interior. The bedroom has a double bed (two mattresses, each 90 x 200 cm) and a large closet. The living room invites you to relax with a comfortable seating area (sofa bed for 1 person), a dining table, and entertainment equipment (flat-screen TV, CD radio).
The small, fully equipped kitchenette features a 2-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Free Wi-Fi is available. Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels. You can rent a linens package (bed linens and towels) from the property manager for a fee of EUR 20 per person. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building.
