This bright and modern holiday apartment is located in the sought-after Cala Fornells-Paguera holiday region in the southwest of the island. Enjoy a stunning ocean view from the terrace and nearly all rooms, stretching out over the rooftops of the complex.
The apartment features an open, light-filled living and dining area with an adjoining modern kitchen. From the living room, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors lead out to the spacious, 35 m² terrace, which is partially covered and thus offers pleasant shade even on hot days. Here you can relax on the sun loungers and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere. The ocean view remains impressive at all times, even through the complex’s buildings and lush vegetation. Two separate dining areas in the covered section invite you to start the day with a cosy breakfast and wind down the evening in a relaxed manner. The bedroom, furnished with a comfortable double bed, also offers a beautiful partial ocean view through the complex.
The complex’s amenities—including direct beach access and the communal pool with an adjoining restaurant featuring ocean views—are just a few steps away. Two additional restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket (closed during the winter months from November through March) round out the offerings. However, its ideal location makes the apartment a year-round holiday destination: the picturesque sandy beaches of Paguera, the charming pebble cove of Cala Fornells, and the lively town centre with its diverse dining and shopping options are all within a short walking distance. The winter off-season has a special charm of its own—the surrounding landscape now invites you to take wonderful hikes through Mallorca’s peaceful, evergreen nature.

???? The pool is open seasonally from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (subject to change) Cala Fornells is a quiet town right next to Paguera. The town centre and the beaches of Paguera are within easy walking distance and offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Along the promenade, you’ll find numerous shops, boutiques, as well as restaurants and cafés serving international and local cuisine. You’ll also find many charming cafés and restaurants along the various beach promenades, offering views of the sea and the beach in front of them. Cala Fornells itself has a small cove with fairly coarse gravel, which is also well-suited for swimming. There’s also space on the large stone terraces where you can sunbathe. A short walk through a small wooded area leads to additional beautiful pebble coves with wonderfully clear water.

The one-time service fee includes:
Linen sets (maximum of 2) for all bedrooms (towels, bed linens), final cleaning, check-in/check-out, on-site contact person, water, electricity, tourist tax.
* Arrival and departure are possible any day of the week.
* For check-in/check-out between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, as well as on December 24 (after 5:00 PM), on December 31 (after 5:00 PM), and on January 1 (before 11:00 AM), an additional fee of 50 euros applies.
* Payment terms: Deposit via bank transfer; remaining balance and security deposit in cash upon check-in
