This 18th-century thatched cottage has been completely renovated, so that today up to 4 people can enjoy a comfortable stay in this fully furnished Frisian house.The fully equipped kitchen is separate from the living areas. A washing machine, TV, radio with CD player, and telephone are, of course, provided. Whether you want to read a book in a relaxed setting, write a long-overdue letter, or simply unwind, everyone will find their perfect spot here. But for those who prefer unspoiled nature, the green marshlands stretch out right at your doorstep: a source of well-being for both body and soul. In the large garden, there’s a beach chair for sunbathing sheltered from the wind or for evening daydreaming. All paths to the beaches are equally “short”—Midlum is located in the centre of the island. A beautiful 18-hole golf course is about 5 minutes from the house. Parking is available.
Modern communication amenities such as internet and Wi-Fi, TV, internet radio, an iPod/iPhone docking station, and a telephone are available. A washing machine and dishwasher are, of course, provided.
Laundry packages are 26.00 euros per person. This includes a complete set of bed linens, 1 large and 2 small hand towels, 2 kitchen towels, and a bath mat. Additional towels are provided free of charge. Short-stay surcharge for stays under 5 days: 45.00 euros.
Bookings cannot be made for stays of less than 5 days.
