Not to mention the secluded rooftop terrace for sunbathers and fans of tanning topless, the large garden with fruit trees, featuring a barbecue area with a pizza oven, and a bocce court right next to it. Of course, there are also generously sized terraces. A covered one in front of the kitchen and dining area, and a large open one with a granite table weighing several metric tonnes. Finally, there’s plenty of space for children to run around and play. There’s something for everyone here—variety and entertainment are guaranteed!
Another plus is the architecture, where the outdoor staircase leading to the rooftop terrace is one of the architectural highlights.
Luxurious villa—No. 164/1:
The interior is truly exceptional and impresses with many beautiful and practical details. You’ll find different living areas spread across three levels: on the lower level, the fireplace room with a TV. It is connected to the dining hall by a wide granite staircase but can be separated by a curtain. The dining hall on the ground floor, featuring a second fireplace, leads directly into the kitchen. Between the two is an impressive serving hatch that makes serving meals a breeze. The kitchen itself is designed so that even large groups can be catered to effortlessly. The amenities are also extensive. From the coffee maker to the extra drink refrigerator, the air conditioning, and the dishwasher: everything is provided.
From the dining area, you go up to the upper level. Here you’ll find 3 bedrooms and a bathroom (the fireplace room can serve as a 4th bedroom). The last—and thus fifth—bedroom is accessible only from the outside. It also has its own bathroom. The entrance is located outside, to the left of the front door. This might make you consider bringing along, for example, your grandparents or a nanny.
Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to midnight, and check-out from 1:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
