The Apartment Teresa is quietly located on the Kirchanger, right on the edge of the forest and with an amazing view of Kirchberg. It is on the 1st floor of an apartment block and has its own entrance door. The flat has 60m² with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, open-plan living/dining area and a large terrace.

Sufficient parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.
The flat is right next to the ski school's practice lift. The Gaisberg is also directly accessible from the flat, as is the toboggan run.
Snow chains are recommended in heavy snowfall!

Numerous hiking trails can be reached directly from the flat. You can also reach the Lisi-Osl-Track directly from the house.

Fijn appartement met prachtig uitzicht. Binnen 5 minuten rijden van twee gondelliften en dalafdelingen. Wat het echt ideaal zou maken, is een verwarmde stalling voor ski’s en skischoenen.

Sommer: tolle Lage/Aussicht, sehr schöner Terasse/Balkon, an sehr heißen Tagen sehr angenehme Wohnung Winter:bestimmt tolle Lage/Aussicht, da die Wohnung direkt an einem Lift liegt, Ofen mit Holzfeuerung toll Bad: ist sehr klein/sauber, die Dusche/Badewanne ist nicht geeignet für ältere und unsportliche Menschen,das tägliche Duschen würde für einige Menschen zur Herausforderung werden Küche: sehr sauber und alles drin was man benötigt, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach usw. Gasthaus Obergaisberg kann man nur empfehlen !!!Tolles Essen!!! 20 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt

Urlaub - Kirchberg in Tirol

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, wo alles gepasst hat. Das Appartement hat maßgeblich dazu beigetragen. Die Terrasse genial und wunderschöne Zimmer. Wir waren mit Hund und der hatte die größte Freude mit dem wundervollen Ausblick und nicht nur der :-). Für große Leute ist die Dusche/Bad evtl. etwas klein, aber für uns war es kein Problem, da alles einfach perfekt war. Nur zu empfehlen!!!P.s. nicht nur im Winter eine super Landschaft!
