The Seeblick apartment is located in Immenstaad on Lake Constance. This two-level property features a room with a sofa bed, dining table, sideboard with filter coffee machine, small fridge, and kettle, plus 2 bedrooms with 1 TV and a bathroom with glass sliding door, accommodating up to 6 guests. The maisonette apartment is on the second floor of the main house. Wi-Fi is available. There is a portable air conditioner.



Please note, there is no private kitchen in the apartment. However, a shared kitchen and lounge are available in the gallery on the first floor. A communal terrace is in front of the house on the ground floor.

This holiday home offers a shared open terrace in front of the house for relaxing evenings. Public transport is just a 2-minute walk away and can be used free of charge with the Echt-Bodensee Card.



Important information for group bookings or large families: The apartments "Apartment in der Stube" on the ground floor, "Apartment Auszeit" on the first floor, and "Suite Heustadel" on the second floor are connected by internal stairs and can be combined. You can either book the entire half of the house or, for example, "Apartment Auszeit" with "Suite Heustadel."



There are 11 parking spaces available. Up to three dogs are allowed for an additional fee. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The entrance is under video surveillance.
