In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer, heating available only from 01.Dec. - 01.May.. Motor access (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, public parking 50 m on the road. Grocery 300 m, restaurant, bus stop 200 m. Gondola lift 1 km, skisport facilities 1 km, ski rental 1 km, ski bus stop 200 m, ski school 1 km. Nearby attractions: Rifugio Piz Boé, Rifugio Vajolet al Catinaccio, Museo Marmolada Grande Guerra 3000m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Area Col Rodella Campitello di Fassa, Ski Area Pordoi, Alpe Lusia Moena di Fassa. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Antermoia, Lago San Pellegrino. Hiking paths: Passo San Pellegrino, Passo Pordoi, Sentiero Viel del Pan. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
