We warmly welcome our guests to the exclusive “Royalsegel” holiday apartment at the Segelmacherhuus, located in the centre of Büsum.
This bright, modern holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and has an lift, making it easily accessible. One dog (up to 50 cm) is allowed.

The large southeast-facing balcony, furnished with seating and a beach chair, is accessible from the spacious living-dining area, which is very cosily furnished with high-quality, stylish living room furniture and an electric fireplace. The large, comfortable sofa (1.25 x 2.20 m) or the fold-out bed (0.90 x 2 m) in the apartment can be used as a third sleeping option. The room also features a kitchen island, where you’ll enjoy gathering for good food and pleasant conversation. In the ultra-modern, fully equipped kitchen in the living area, you can comfortably prepare your own meals.
The bedroom, which features a TV, is furnished with a box-spring double bed; an adjoining walk-in closet offers plenty of space for your wardrobe. A modern bathroom, which also adjoins the bedroom, featuring a walk-in shower and a window, is at your disposal.
The entire apartment is equipped with exterior blinds and radiant floor heating.

- Shops, restaurants, and the main beach are in the immediate vicinity
- Only in the “Royalsegel,” “Sail,” and “Genua” apartments is one dog allowed.
