During the summer months, the building features a Sky Bar from which you can admire the panoramic view of Świnoujście. Outside, bicycle racks are available for guests.

The Windrose complex is located near the spa park, which was established in 1765. The complex is a 10-minute walk from the promenade.

The apartments feature a private car park (for a fee).
