Vacation apartment mare balticum

The building at Dünenstr. 14 (with a total of four apartments of equal size) in 18230 Rerik was built in 2008 across from the spa administration office. From there, it’s just a short walk to the cliffs and the Salzhaff. The 73-square-meter “mare balticum” comfort apartment is located on the ground floor. The two separate bedrooms have hardwood floors; the hallway, living room, and kitchen have ceramic tile floors. The room temperature is regulated by underfloor heating and can be adjusted separately for each room. There is a small adjoining room. To accommodate guests with allergies, pets are not allowed.

We furnished the apartment between late 2008 and early 2009. For your convenience, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

The larger bedroom has a double bed, while the smaller one has two single beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can prepare even elaborate meals. Of course, a microwave is available for your use. You can also use a dishwasher to wash the dishes.

Speaking of food, it’s worth mentioning that a very practical portable grill awaits barbecue enthusiasts in the storage room. The grill can be easily set up following the included instruction manual, so nothing stands in the way of using it on the patio.

The dining table isn’t just for meals—its size also makes it perfect for playing board games.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a tub. You can do your laundry in the washing machine. The machine is positioned next to the bathroom door to save space. A lever extends the wheels, allowing the machine to be easily moved into working position in front of the sink. The machine is a combination washer-dryer.

In the sitting area, you can relax and—if you’re at a loss for what to do—let the flat-screen TV entertain you.



Mare Balticum Holiday Rental:

The apartment is located on the ground floor. Outside, there is a terrace with patio furniture. Two parking spaces are available for your car(s). The shower is wheelchair-accessible. The underfloor heating can be controlled separately for each room. Bedding can be rented through the property manager. 18.00? per person.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 2:00 to 10:00.
