Great location in the heart of La Spezia right near the port. The host was great, responds quickly to communication and gave us great advice on things to do and places to eat. The only thing missing in the flat is a sitting area of some sort, if you are going to be there for a while.

Nice stay

This property was well maintained with great communication with the host. There are 3 things I would like to point out so others won’t be surprised. First the apartment is up two stories. This could be an issue for some. No elevator and steep stairs. Second it states on site parking. The parking is street parking and at time hard to find. Third is the only common area is the kitchen. There are tvs in both bedrooms but no actual living room. All in all we enjoyed our stay.
