Montabaur is an old yet lively half-timbered town with a population of 12,000, featuring a castle visible from afar in the centre of the town on the Schloßberg, which houses the Raiffeisen Academy. The city centre area is a 2-minute walk away, and the Premium Outlet and the ICE train station are also within walking distance—about 10 minutes.<br>Frankfurt and Cologne are each an hour’s drive away, and the ICE offers direct, direct service to both cities.<br><br>Right here on the Schlossberg and right next to the castle, you’ll find our newly renovated, light-filled, spacious, and high-end apartment, which sleeps 6 people. It’s located on the ground floor of a quiet apartment building with a fantastic south-facing location and views over the city and the valley.<br>There are 2 large bedrooms, each with a king-size double bed and ultra-comfortable box-spring mattresses, as well as a smaller bedroom with a 1.40m-wide double bed and a high-quality latex mattress. All bedrooms are equipped with large closets and luggage racks.<br>The living and dining area features a cosy couch, a large dining table for social gatherings, a smart TV, and access to the large balcony with additional seating. <br>There is also a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities and kitchen gadgets, a modern bathroom, and a separate guest bathroom. <br>High-speed internet with Wi-Fi is included. Upon request, laundry can also be washed and dried.<br>Up to 2 parking spaces are available on the property; a garage can be booked as needed. <br>Bed linens and towels are provided; for stays longer than 10 days, a weekly cleaning service with linen replacement is included.<br>The apartment is non-smoking.
