Here you’ll find unspoiled nature, birdsong, and babbling brooks. Pure nature. The house is situated in a beautiful, peaceful, and rural setting. In addition to the tranquility, you’ll also find a wide variety of sights and places to explore. Active holidaymakers will find excellent opportunities for hiking, biking, and Nordic walking here. A swimming pool is also nearby. Winter sports can be enjoyed in the neighbouring village of Girkhausen and in Winterberg. Free parking spaces are available at the house and on the property. Bicycles can be stored securely in the garage. Keys are handed over in person or via a key safe. Location: The village of Wemlighausen is located about two kilometres from the spa town of Bad Berleburg. Wemlighausen is located in the Sauerland–Rothaargebirge Nature Park in the Wittgensteiner Land region. Price: starting at 85 EUR per night. Our newly renovated holiday home, with 45 m² of living space on one level, accommodates 1–3 people. The cosy living room, featuring a flat-screen TV and dining area, invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, stove, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker, leaves little to be desired. The bathroom with a walk-in shower rounds out the overall experience. All rooms are equipped with heated floors. Especially in the summer, you can enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings on our patio. Please note that pets are not allowed. You can use the parking spaces in front of the house free of charge. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key safe. Pets are not allowed. A cot can be provided upon request (10 EUR). Included in the base price (towels, bed linens, parking). Payment is due on-site in cash or by bank transfer. A deposit of 30% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking.
