Welcome to “Coastal Residence 1”—your dream holiday rental in the charming and popular Baltic Sea resort town of Grömitz!

Our lovingly furnished holiday rental is located on the mezzanine level of a two-family home and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The “Coastal Residence 1” holiday rental was completely renovated and modernised in 2024, so you can enjoy modern and stylish furnishings.

The spacious, enclosed garden invites you to relax and unwind. Enjoy sunny days on the terrace, which is equipped with a grill—perfect for cosy BBQ evenings with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need and allows you to prepare delicious meals.

You can conveniently do your laundry in the shared basement, where a washing machine is available for your use. Your bicycles will also find a safe place here.

Note on using the garage for e-bikes: Guests have the option to safely park and charge their e-bikes in the building’s garage. A remote control for the garage is provided in the apartment. Please be sure to leave the remote in the apartment when you check out. The garage is also used by guests staying in the second holiday rental. We therefore ask that you park your bicycles so that other guests have enough space as well. Thank you for your understanding and consideration!

The property also features a spacious driveway with four parking spaces.

Another plus of “Coastal Residence 1” is its private parking space right outside the door. This way, your holiday begins stress-free and without having to search for a parking spot.
Two cars can park one behind the other in the parking spot on the left next to the driveway. There are no assigned parking spots—it’s “first come, first served.” Thank you for your consideration!

Eine sehr schön ausgestattete Wohnung mit eingezäuntem Garten, ideal für unseren Hund. Die Wohnung ist größer als es auf den Bildern ausschaut. Alle Zimmer sind mit Fernseher ausgestattet. Für den täglichen Gebrauch findet man Aldi und Rewe fußläufig in 5 Minuten, die Seebrücke in ca 15-20 Minuten und den Hundestrand auch in ca 15 Minuten. Wir hatten 1x Probleme mit dem Wlan aber ein Anruf genügte und uns wurde geholfen. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Saubere gepflegte Wohnung. Die Küche ist super gut eingerichtet. 10 min bis zum Strand und 3 min zu dem nächsten Einkaufsladen. Tolle Terrasse und einen eingezäunten Garten. Wir kommen gerne wieder, zu empfehlen!
