Country House 'El Llosín' with Private Terrace, Balcony and Wi-Fi
El Llosín Country House is located in Ribadesella and is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. This two-storey property features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 5 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine. Please note, there is no air conditioning. Outside, you have your own private space with an open terrace, balcony, and barbecue.
The house is close to the beach, and a tennis court is just a 15-minute walk away. One parking space is available on the premises. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Parties are not allowed. Heating will be off from 30/04 to 15/10, as it is not needed due to Asturias’ climate. Pets must never be left alone in the house, and owners are responsible for any possible damage. If you are traveling with children, please be aware there are stairs, windows, and cleaning products inside the house.
In accordance with regulations, all guests over 14 years old will be asked to show their ID or passport at check-in.
