Modern and cozy vacation apartment (60m2) with garden

Our modern and cosy holiday rental: Relax in our newly furnished, approximately 60 m² holiday rental, completed in 2023. It can accommodate up to three people. Out of consideration for guests with pet dander allergies, pets are unfortunately not allowed in our holiday rental. The bedroom is furnished with a 1.80 x 2.00 m box-spring bed. For the third guest, a pull-out sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) is available in the living and dining room. Bedding is included. Both rooms also feature a Smart SAT TV with internet access, allowing you to use your own accounts for services such as Netflix, Prime Video, etc. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The fully equipped kitchen, which features a small seating area for breakfast or a snack, includes, among other things, a fully automatic coffee machine with coffee beans, a dishwasher with dishwasher tablets, a small selection of teas, and basic supplies such as salt, pepper, dish soap, tea towels, and paper towels. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a heated towel rack, and heated floors. Towels are included. You can simply unwind or relax as the evening winds down in the garden on the provided seating and lounging areas. The parking space is located right next to the holiday rental, and there is a covered area for bicycles. Final cleaning is included in our rate. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times may be arranged upon request. Keys are typically handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A cot can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax of 2 EUR per person (ages 18 and older) per night will be charged separately on-site. The tourist tax for youths aged 14–17 is 1.50 EUR per person per night. The base price includes, among other things, towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, and parking. A deposit of 20% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. The balance is due via bank transfer no later than 30 days before arrival. For last-minute bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, the total price must be paid in cash on site.
