Schönes Ferienhaus in Holland am See, im Ferienpark mit Schwimmbad uvm

Our vacation home is located in a vacation park on a large lake, near Lathum, just across the Dutch border, only 1 hour from the Ruhr region.
The house has 2 bedrooms with 4 new box-spring beds (November 2025), a bright bathroom with a walk-in shower, a kitchen with a dishwasher, an induction stove, a microwave/oven, and everything you need. The house was completely refurnished in April 2024 and also features air conditioning.
Even in the colder months, it warms up quickly thanks to plenty of radiators... Europe’s largest Christmas market in Duiven is just a 5-minute drive away

The 400-square-meter property is located right next to a small pond with a fountain that is illuminated in the evenings.
It includes various pieces of patio furniture, a grill, 2 bicycles, and a high chair. High-speed Wi-Fi has been set up (500 Mbit/s). The cozy living/dining area also has cable TV. A high-quality wall-mounted speaker, perfect for enjoying your own music, is also available

The vacation park is situated right on a large lake and has its own sandy beach.
You have free access to the park’s outdoor pool (during the season). The park also offers much more, including a restaurant, sports bar, marina, fishing pond, bowling alley, mini-golf, and numerous children’s playgrounds and bouncy castles.
There’s a kids’ bowling alley and a glow-in-the-dark mini-golf course. You can also pick up fresh rolls or delicious croissants in the morning at the small supermarket.

Here, you can truly relax, and there’s something for everyone!!!

There’s also plenty to explore in the area around the park... Arnhem, Nijmegen, zoos, the Veluwe Nature Reserve.......
