Die Wohnung ist sehr spartanisch und ungemütlich eingerichtet, kein Bild, keine Gardinen, Deko oder ähnliches.Die Spuren der Handwerker sind noch deutlich erkennbar, im Bad sind überall Grauschleier auf den Fliesen.Die Klobrille hat vor unserem Besuch keiner angehoben und darunter gereinigt.Es ist zugig und in 3 Tagen hat die Heizung es nicht geschafft, für eine angenehme Wohlfühltemperatur zu sorgen, die Wohnung war beim Einzug völlig ausgekühlt.Im Flur riecht es sehr muffig.Da es keine Absicherung vor dem bodentiefen Fenster im Wohnzimmer gibt, ist es verschlossen und es gibt keine Möglichkeit zu lüften, wer das Schlafsofa nutzen möchte sollte das einplanen.Der Küchentisch ist durch die Schräge kaum nutzbar.Für das Gebotene ist die Wohnung überteuert, wir können Sie nicht weiterempfehlen.

Es sind berechtigte Zweifel angebracht ob das zulässig ist.

FeWo lag an einer anderen Stelle als in der Anzeige angegeben. War für mich sehr wichtig bei der Auswahl!

Man sah noch, dass Handwerker wohl gerade erst fertig geworden waren und nur oberflächlich hinter ihnen sauber gemacht worden war. Alles Notwendige war da, aber auch nur das.

Pro:- neu und renoviert- elektrische Rollos- nette Vermieter, brachten Schlüssel für Fenster vorbei- zentral gelegen- viele SteckdosenContra:- Treppenhaus richt alt- Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht im Mietpreis inbegriffen (15 EUR pro Person extra), haben unsere eigenen Sachen mitgenommen- sehr später Check-In (18 Uhr statt der angegebenen 16 Uhr), Rückmeldung auch erst nachdem aktiv nachgefragt wurde- noch kein Balkon (in Planung)- kein WLAN- wenig Klopapier (halbe Rolle für 4 Personen und 2 Nächte)
