A beautiful, modern holiday apartment with plenty of space near the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Wadden Sea. The property is located in Burhave, Butjadingen, in a central yet quiet location on a side street.

The Wadden Sea and the beach, the North Sea Lagoon, the play barn, and shops for daily necessities (bakery, Edeka, Netto, flower shop, bank, etc.) are all within easy walking distance.

Just a few minutes’ walk from the property, there are also several restaurants, two bakeries, two supermarkets, and a café. Two bars, two clothing stores, a dry cleaner, a physical therapist, and a post office are also nearby.

Finally, several museums, numerous recreational and sports facilities (including a park and green space), and good medical care are also available in the immediate vicinity.

About the apartment / holiday home (house within a house):
The apartment has a great layout and is perfectly suited for up to 6 people (plus a baby). A private terrace and a fenced-in garden are available exclusively for you and your loved ones. One dog is allowed. The apartment is built in the “house-within-a-house” style, which ensures ample privacy.

The apartment is ideal for families, children, and couples with dogs: it features 1 large living room with access to the garden/terrace, a large, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with twin beds, 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a guest bathroom.

Of course, for our little guests, we provide a booster seat, a cot, and a safety gate—as well as plenty of toys. We’ve put together a large collection of games in the apartment for fun evenings playing together. For “outdoor play” in the garden, there’s also a ping-pong table and badminton equipment with a net.

The apartment is wheelchair-accessible; all rooms are on one level. Aside from a single step at the main entrance, there are hardly any obstacles, and the shower is walk-in.
