Terraced house "Antica", 3 storeys. 350 m from the centre of Punat, 8 km from the centre of Krk, 18 km from the centre of Baška, 400 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach. Private: property 100 m2 (fenced). Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 300 m, bus stop 1.2 km, pebble beach 1 km, concrete beach 800 m. Please note: airfield 32 km from the property.
3-room terraced house 70 m2 on 3 levels. Living/dining room with 1 sleeping facility, satellite TV and air conditioning. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC and air conditioning. Top floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with sloping ceilings, - 180 cm with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC and air conditioning. Heating (extra), air-conditioning (extra). Wir haben nun schon zum zweite...
Wir haben nun schon zum zweiten Mal hier Urlaub gemacht. Wir zu erwarten war es wieder wunderschön! Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, ist zentral gelegen und ist in der Nacht (durch die Klimaanlagen)sehr kühl. Der Ortskern ist nicht weit entfernt und lädt am Abend noch zum bummeln ein. Der Vermieter ist sehr lieb und immer für seine Gäste da. Er macht den besten Honig und den leckersten Honigschnaps! Leider ist die Verständigung schwierig, da er nur Kroatisch spricht. Aber mit Händen und Füßen geht es einigermaßen. Wir könnten uns vorstellen hier nochmal Urlaub zu machen, nur leider ist der Weg sooo weit (1400km) Reisetipps: Unser Reisetipp: Eine Bootstour zu den Badebuchten, einen Ausflug nach Krk (in der Mittagshitze, da es zu dieser Zeit sehr leer ist), lecker Essen gehen in Cornic unten am Badesteg, Großeinkauf bei Lidl (Richtung Krk) – da es hier wirklich günstig ist und man alle pet Flaschen im Automaten /Pfand zurück entsorgen kann! Sonst kann das mit den Pfandflaschen echt schwierig werden...die können in anderen Läden, nur mit Kassenzettel abgegeben werden.
